Wire Taps return with the weekend in Washington Nationals news. The Nats announced that Davey Johnson would be back in 2013. The SB Nation awarded Bryce Harper their ROY Award for 2012. The BBWAA announces their version of the award tonight. For now, links and lots of them...

' Nats Weekend In Review: The BBWAA hands out their 2012 Rookie of the Year Awards tonight. Washington Nationals' outfielder Bryce Harper is one of three finalists in the National League along with the D-Backs' Wade Miley and the Reds' Todd Frazier. Harper won the SB Nation's Rookie of the Year Award as we announced this morning. Will he win the BBWAA's version of the award tonight? The winners in the AL and NL will be announced at 6:00 pm EST on the MLB Network. D.C. GM Mike Rizzo appeared on MLB Network Radio on Sunday, talking with former Nats' GM Jim Bowden and Jim Duquette about Washington's Hot Stove plans. Zack Greinke? Michael Bourn? B.J. Upton? The Nationals' general manager talked about all of them Sunday morning. The Nats announced late last week that Davey Johnson would be back for one more run with the Nationals in 2013. After that, barring any change of mind, the soon-to-turn 70-year-old skipper will return to a consultant's role with the team. Can Johnson and the Nats defend their NL East crown? How much better will the 20-year-old Bryce Harper be? Who will be the Nationals' fifth starter in 2013? The Hot Stove season is just getting started. Here's a quick look back at this weekend's Nats news... starting RIGHT NOW!!!:
